Srinivasa Engineering Works was established as an S.S.I in 1990 by a qualified Mechanical Engineer and is located at K.G. Halli, Jalahalli West, Bangalore – 560 015. We have been supplying precision components to reputed engineering industries in and around Bangalore for the past 30 years to their utmost satisfaction. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified by ICL, Certification No: IN5331A, dated 19-04-2024.

Our aim is to achieve “CUSTOMER DELIGHT” by supplying quality components on time. In order to achieve this, we have excellent infrastructure and will trained and dedicated production and quality team. We have been constantly upgrading our infrastructure and recently we have installed Vertical machining center & turning center to provide total manufacturing solutions under one roof.

Process Control

We attach lot importance to process control. Process control is established for every job in order to have better control over manufacturing activity. We follow the list of activities given below in our unit for each order received by us.

Inspection of incoming material

Prepare process control chart and issue Drawings/ specifications to operators

Brief the operators/ QC staff the requirements of the customers.

In process inspection and document it.

First piece approval.

Final inspection and preserving of documents.

Further we carry out monthly preventive maintenance of all the machines to avoid breakdowns. Also separate area is allocated for accepted rework and rejected to avoid mix up.
